Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003, we INFORM you that our company R.W. Grass GmbH processes the personal data of customers and suppliers, as well as individuals who voluntarily provide their personal details to our sales office or management (by phone, fax, or email).
We also process data of individuals acquired through third parties, for example, during the collection of external business information, from public directories, etc., in this case exclusively common personal data.
Our company guarantees, within the limits of legal provisions, that the processing of personal data is carried out with respect for fundamental rights and freedoms as well as the dignity of the data subject, with particular reference to confidentiality, personal identity, and the right to data protection.

The data protection law grants the data subject the possibility to exercise certain rights under Article 7. Specifically, the data subject has the right to know which personal data the owner holds and to obtain information about its existence, even if not yet recorded, as well as to learn about its origin, purpose, processing methods, and the details of the data controller and processor, as well as the entities or categories of entities to whom the data may be communicated.
