Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003, we INFORM you that our company R.W. Grass GmbH processes the personal data of customers and suppliers, as well as individuals who voluntarily provide their personal details to our sales office or management (by phone, fax, or email).

We also process data of individuals acquired through third parties, for example, during the collection of external business information, from public directories, etc., in this case exclusively common personal data.

The personal data processed by our company will not be disclosed.

Data processing can be carried out with or without the aid of electronic or automated means and includes all operations provided for by Article 4, paragraph 1, letter a of Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003, necessary for data processing. In any case, processing is carried out in compliance with all security measures that guarantee their safety and confidentiality.

Data Subject's Rights:

The data protection law grants the data subject the possibility to exercise certain rights under Article 7. Specifically, the data subject has the right to know which personal data the owner holds and to obtain information about its existence, even if not yet recorded, as well as to learn about its origin, purpose, processing methods, and the details of the data controller and processor, as well as the entities or categories of entities to whom the data may be communicated.
